Nặn tinh dầu từ bỏ bưởi

Để làm được tinh dầu bưởi bạn cần tìm sẵn các vật liệu cũng như các công cụ sau đây: Bạn cần có 1 trái bưởi tươi, 1 chai thủy tinh miệng rộng hoặc chai nhựa và 1 cốc nước lạnh.

Cách làm tinh dầu bưởi dưỡng tóc như sau:

Dùng dao từ từ cắt lấy lớp vỏ mỏng xanh bên ngoài của quả bưởi, phần vỏ ngoài này là nơi chứa rất nhiều tinh dầu, nó được tập trung vào các đốm nhỏ trên vỏ. Từ những miếng vỉ đã cắt ra này, bạn dùng tay để vắt và nặn hết tinh dầu có trong quả bưởi vào trong lọ thủy tinh đã chứa nước lạnh sau đó dùng tay lắc đều.

Bạn cũng có thể dốc ngượi chai lại và cho nước từ trong chảy ra từ từ, để điều chỉnh lượng tinh dầu phù hợp với mục đích sử dụng. Cách làm này tốn khá nhiều nguyên liệu vỏ bưởi. Bạn nên mua vỏ bưởi tại các tiệm chuyên bán bưởi, nếu bạn mua bưởi về để vừa ăn vừa lấy vỏ thì hãy chọn cho mình những quả bưởi to và đang còn tươi. Tránh sử dụng những quả bưởi đã héo phần vỏ ngoài vì chúng có rất ít tinh dầu.

Nấu vỏ bưởi để chiết xuất tinh dầu

Với cách làm này, bạn không cần phải lựa những quả còn tươi như trong cách thứ nhất, nếu vỏ bưởi còn tươi thì bạn hãy phơi cho vỏ bưởi khô một chút, phơi 1 – 2 nắng là có thể sử dụng được.

Cách làm tinh dầu bưởi dưỡng tóc như sau:

Bạn cho vỏ bưởi khô sau khi đã cắt thành miếng nhỏ vào trong nồi, đổ nước sao cho ngập hết phần vỏ bưởi và đun nhỏ lửa trong khoảng 20 phút sẽ cho ra thành phẩm để dùng. Còn muốn đảm bảo cho chất lượng tốt thì bạn có thể đun trong thời gian lâu hơn. Khi nước bay hơi hết, phần dung dịch còn lại trong nồi chính là tinh dầu bưởi.

Cách dưỡng tóc bằng tinh dầu bưởi đơn giản nhất là nhỏ 5 – 8 giọt tinh dầu vào dầu gội, trộn đều rồi thoa lên tóc để gội, sau đó xả lại với nước sạch. Hay đơn giản hơn là xịt thẳng dung dịch tinh dầu bưởi lên da đầu và lên tóc, sau đó massage nhẹ nhàng cũng sẽ cho tác dụng rất hiệu quả.

Lưu ý: Khi sử dụng tinh dầu bưởi có thể sẽ bị nóng da đầu và nổi mụn khi bạn dùng quá thường xuyên, tốt nhất là áp dụng 1 tuần 3 lần với cách này để cho việc sử dụng hiệu quả và an toàn.
