Dầu tràm cho mẹ và bé
Tinh dầu tràm có rất nhiều công dụng hữu ích, dùng để chống cảm lạnh, tránh gió và tránh ho, kháng khuẩn, chống và trị muỗi, xua đuổi kiến… Tinh dầu Tràm rất tốt trẻ sơ sinh, trẻ nhỏ, phụ nữ mang thai và tất nhiên cũng rất tốt đối với người lớn.
Sử dụng tinh dầu Tràm đối với phụ nữ mang thai và sau khi sinh
– Khi mang thai hay sau khi sinh xong, cơ thể còn đang yếu, để tránh bị cảm, bị gió khi đi ra ngoài trời lạnh, dùng dầu tràm thoa vào gan bàn tay, bàn chân, mang tai.
– Thoa vào những chỗ đau nhức sẽ có tác dụng giảm mệt mỏi.
– Có thể hòa chung với nước ấm dùng để xông người thư giãn.
– Sau khi sinh, bị tóc rụng là hiện tượng thường xuyên xảy ra đối với chị em, để khắc phục tình trạng này, có thể dùng hòa một ít dầu tràm với dầu gội đầu để giảm rụng tóc.
– Đối với những vùng quê hoặc gia đình ven sông hồ hay gặp gió lạnh, sử dụng tinh dầu tràm thường xuyên sẽ giúp thanh lọc không khí và bảo vệ sức khỏe cho cả nhà.
Ngoài ra, có những người từ bé tời giờ chỉ dùng dầu tràm thôi vì nó là tinh chất thiên nhiên không như các loại dầu sản xuất khác: tinh dầu Tràm có tác dụng làm ” thông mũi mát họng, sảng khoái dài lâu ” mỗi khi bị tịt mũi.
Tinh Dầu Tràm Mẹ và Bé Công Dụng:
1. Chống cảm lạnh, tránh gió và tránh ho
Khi thời tiết chuyển lạnh, hãy cho vài giọt tinh dầu tràm vào nước tắm của bé. Nhớ rửa mặt riêng để tránh dầu vào mắt bé. Bé tắm nước có tinh dầu tràm sẽ giữ được cơ thể ấm áp, chống cảm, chống ho đồng thời chống cả muỗi nữa (muỗi rất sợ dầu tràm). Có thể dùng dầu tràm thoa trực tiếp lên người bé (lòng bàn chân …) sau khi tắm hoặc trước khi ra ngoài trời lạnh. Đối với bé sơ sinh, tốt nhất nên pha loãng tinh dầu tràm trong nước ấm rồi mới thoa, nếu kết hợp với massage càng tốt. Biện pháp này chỉ để đề phòng một số bé có da nhạy cảm, chứ dầu tràm được xem là lành tính, nhiều công hiệu mà không có tác dụng phụ, làm ấm người nhưng không nóng, an toàn cho sức khỏe của em bé cũng như người mẹ trước và sau khi sinh.
2. Kháng khuẩn
Một trong những đặc tính ưu việt của dầu tràm là tính kháng khuẩn. Cho vài giọt dầu tràm trong chén nước nóng, hoặc thấm dầu tràm trong miếng bông gòn để ở các góc nhà sẽ giúp bầu không khí trong sạch hơn, chưa kể hương tràm thoang thoảng cũng tạo cảm giác dễ chịu. Dầu tràm còn có tác dụng ức chế virus, nên dùng dầu tràm là một cách hiệu quả đề phòng cúm.
3. Giảm đau
Dầu tràm có tác dụng giảm đau nên có thể dùng cho người già khi bị nhức mỏi xương khớp. Cho một giọt tinh dầu tràm vào ly nước ấm để uống cũng giảm cơn đau bụng.
4. Trị ho
Có thể dùng dầu tràm để xông họng, hít mũi. Dầu tràm có tác dụng làm tan đàm nhớt, trị ho hiệu quả.
5. Chống và trị muỗi
Trên đây là một số thông tin về Dầu tràm cho mẹ và bé Mặc dù rất có lợi cho sức khỏe nhưng trước khi sử dụng tinh dầu bạn vẫn nên hỏi ý kiến bác sĩ về liều dùng để đảm bảo mình tránh được những tác dụng phụ không mong muốn.
